This Chef Craft Flat Grater works great to shred both cheese and potatoes. It works well in either hand, shredding your food directly into a bowl, making shredding food neater. It is easy to use, simply put the food you are shredding on the coarse side of the grater and move your hand up and down. This grater measures 9 1/2 inches long. Dishwasher safe for a easy and efficient clean up.
